Milking parlour with a very unique finish

Wiedijk BV in Jorwert (NL) choose a very unique finish when converting Lely milking robots in this milking parlour. The milking robot area has been constructed using Zeta plastic panels. The panels are 175-mm thick and are filled with concrete after installation. The plastic walls are finished with Lely red U-profiles, a real eyecatcher. The milking robot area has therefore been finished in a perfect Lely style.

On request, we can produce different colour U-profiles to match the style of the milking robot. It’s therefore also possible to construct the milking robot area in the style of a DeLaval milking robot, GEA milking robot or BouMatic/SAC milking robot. Ask us about the different options!

The Zeta panels offer protection for the milking robot.

The advantages of plastic panels around the milking robot:

1. Can be installed easily and quickly

The plastic panels use a unique click system. The panels are therefore easy to install and move. Within no time at all, the milking robot will be surrounded by a wall.

2. Strength in combination with ease of cleaning

After installation, the panels are filled with concrete, resulting in a strong wall. The PVC exterior ensures ease of cleaning, which contributes to hygiene levels in the cowshed.

3. Fireproof milking robot area

Thirdly, the milking robot is protected against fire. The Zeta panels have a fire rating of B, s2, d0. This means that the panels have a high level of fire resistance.

In short: this eases the load on the dairy farmer, who can then enjoy his new Lely milking robots, with a perfect finish, for many years to come.
