Fullwood milking robot area

In Winsum (NL), Wiedijk BV equipped five Fullwood milking robots with new milking robot areas. This was done using our Combiboard Zeta panels, and blue finishing profiles were used. The areas are therefore completely in the style of the brand of the milking robots, i.e. Fullwood.

Dairy farmer Abma has invested in five Fullwood milking robots and had to devise a suitable construction to ensure that this would be suitable for the cows, farmer and the dairy cattle shed. A decision was made to create the robot areas using Combiboard plastic panels. After installation, they were filled with concrete. Blue U-profiles were chosen to finish the top and the ends. The robot area is therefore completely in the style of the Fullwood milking robots.

Constructing a robot area with Combiboard plastic panels

Combiboard Zeta is a unique plastic panel system which has been used for many years across the world to create housing around milking robots. The panels are easy to install, easy to clean, have a high chemical resistance and, filled with concrete, they have a fire rating of B, s2, d0. The plastic panels are manufactured in our own factory at the lengths required for the project. This means that customers can decide on the height of the milking robot area.
