Various projects housing milking robots

We are proud to look back on several successful collaborations with our loyal partner, Hollema Bouw. This partnership has been ongoing for many years, and Hollema is highly experienced in building and renovating various milking robot rooms. This has led to efficient and sustainable solutions by installing the Zeta wall system around the milking robot, or for other applications in the dairy barn, such as corridors, partitions, or stall walls.

Easily cleanable wall system around the milking robot

A major advantage of the plastic wall system is that it is easy to clean, contributing to a hygienic environment around the milking robot. Thanks to the smooth surface and clean finishes, dirt and possible bacteria have difficulty accumulating on the walls. This makes the cleaning of the walls more efficient.

Flexible applications of the wall system: Robot space and office in one

The plastic panels of the robot room enclosure have a thickness of 175 mm. The length/height of the plastic panels is variable and custom-made in our own factory. In the projects below from Hollema Bouw, the wall heights range from 1.5 meters to a height of 3.0 meters. Additionally, office space and a straw pen have been created using the wall system, making it possible to apply it in various situations. A versatile and simple system for every dairy barn, whether it’s for renovation or new construction.
